NEW CHANGES: No sign-up necessary... On February 15, 2011, members of the US Coast Guard Auxiliary and the U.S. Power Squadrons are now updated in our database from AUXDATA for the Auxiliary and the USPS DB2000 membership database for the US Power Squadrons members around the first of each month. You DO NOT need to sign up any longer, it is automatic with the database being refreshed once a month. Make sure that you keep your information up to date in your respective data systems. The only drawback is since the data is replaced each month, you can no longer use multiple ZIP Code locations and any changes will need to be made in AUXDATA or through the USPS channels. To make changes to your information... US Coast Guard Auxiliary VE's: Click here to open the Forms Page and use the link for the ANSC 7028 - Change of Member Information Form. Complete this form and give it to your FSO-IS to report any changes. If you have access to AUXDATA, you can make the changes yourself on-line. US Power Squadrons VE's: You will be updated through the USPS DB2000 membership database or online by clicking here.
